Health is foundational to all aspects of life. Without proper health, everything else becomes secondary or meaningless. I witness this first-hand, in both my Neurosurgical and Longevity practices, each day without fail.
Instead of treating disease after the fact, we should treat disease risk factors proactively. And while I love performing brain surgery, most of the issues - often stemming from inflammation - can be mitigated with foresighted habits.
It doesn’t require a medical degree to stay healthy. If you eat correctly, exercise regularly, take the right supplements, and keep stress levels at bay, you can have lifelong health. But it won’t be delivered to you. The choice is yours.
